By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Order Confirmation:

    • Most of our items are pre-order or made-to-order products, and is subject to availability.
    • Occasionally, we may have in-stock items or extra quantities available. It will be processed for shipment immediately upon payment confirmation.
    • Once an order is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to your email, detailing estimated processing times, pricing, and delivery arrangements.
  2. Processing Time:

    • Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items:
      • Firewoods: Processing typically takes 3–5 days, depending on current weather conditions and order size.
      • Spice Rubs & Sauces: Prepared in fresh batches to ensure optimal quality, usually processed within 1–3 days, depending on volume.
    • In-Stock Items:
      • Orders are processed and shipped promptly upon payment confirmation.
  3. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Policy:

    • All pre-order and made-to-order items are processed only after confirmation and, if required, payment.
    • Availability and processing times may vary based on order size and supply conditions.
  4. No Cancellation Policy:

    • Orders for pre-order and made-to-order items are final and non-cancellable once confirmed. Changes or modifications cannot be made once processing has begun.
    • For in-stock items, cancellations are only allowed if requested before the item has been shipped.
  5. Payment (for Bulk Orders) :

    • Full payment or a deposit may be required before processing begins, depending on the order type and size.

     

  6. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Once your order is prepared, it will be shipped using your preferred shipping courier or delivery method of choice.
    • Shipping costs and arrangements will be discussed and confirmed during the order process.
  7. Liability:

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
    • Any issues or damages during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.
